My name is Amber Menendez Isaac and I’m a 1995 (don’t do the math!:) graduate from Manatee High School with a public relations degree from The University of Florida – Go Gators! After college, I headed to Atlanta to start my career in the field of public relations and marketing working for a niche mortgage company. Ten fun-filled years later, my husband and I decided to head home to be close to family and raise our 3 children on the sunny beaches that raised us.

I am a multi-generational island girl and knew I’d eventually come home. My grandparents owned and managed 16 rental units on Anna Maria Island when I was growing up and I watched them build relationships that kept the same vacationers from around the world coming back year after year. I saw and learned how they changed their life through smart real estate decisions, and it caught my interest at a young age.

We have owned and successfully run small businesses in our community since 2009. We currently own and operate MI-BOX Moving & Mobile Storage. After working on the mortgage and moving side of home ownership, I combined my extensive knowledge of the area, our school system, and community to pursue realty full time.

If I’m not working, you can find me on the pickleball courts, practicing yoga, walking the beach, or cheering my last child to leave the nest on at her sporting events. I have a passion for child advocacy and support local organizations like The Mark Wandall Foundation, Pace Center for Girls, Young Life, The Children’s Guardian Fund, and 100 Women Who Care. Raising my children has been the joy of my life and after getting almost three to adulthood (if we can call 18 that?), I believe I can conquer anything with ease including your real estate dreams.
